Unprofessional service

My friends and I made a reservation for 14:00pm for a farewell party. Later we were asked to move tables as they wanted to set up for clients who pay between R7000 and R10000. This was not explained when the reservation was made and we were very comfortable where we were. We were disrespected by a waiter named Ronny and a manager apparently "new "named Vincent. They spoke about us with all the other waiters who made sure to let us know that we were not wanted by their attitude and not willing to take our orders. I am absolutely appalled by the so called "service " that we received. The sad they is that I frequent this place and have never been treated so badly. I was absolutely embarrassed to have recommended it my friends. Thank you to Richard who handled things as best he could and tried to keep us happy. We still had to leave as the waiters were **********.
