theft, Bad attitude, and illtreatment

on Saturday the 02 December it was my older sisters pre-birthday we decided to go to Cubana in Table view where we got there around 8, and at 00:30 we decided to leave when we had to pay the waiter (Walter) took more than 30 minutes to bring us the bill, and when he finally did we were told that the speed points were offline of which we were asked to go and withdraw from an outside ATM.My younger sister argued about the safety of using an outside ATM especially at that time of the night and this time of the season, the waiter had so much attitude that he told my sister that she was suppose to ask if their speed points were working when she go there, to try and cut the argument i asked my older sister to go and withdraw the money needed but before that i gave the waiter 400 and told him that he will get the rest from my sister, when she came back, we were told that we need to pay 400 because the money that my sister gave was not enough of which i told them that i personally gave the waiter 400 from my purse and he did not deny that but claimed that my younger sister had taken the money from him. we stood there and argued for more than two hours as we were requesting for footage that shows that indeed my sister took the money back and the manager we spoke to named Bow refused to give us the footage but made it known to us that his waiter would not ***** money from customers and indirectly imp**** that we took the money back. in that struggle i demonstrated to about 5 Cubana managers that mys younger sister who was accused of *****ing back the R400 had only her phone which i showed to them and did not have a purse, in that time both our phone went mising, we then went back to bow and asked that the footage to see where our phones had disappeared to and also the one of us taking back the money can be shown to us he refused and told us we had to wait till everyone was out. it was around past 3 then bare in mind we had to leave at 00:30 but it was now past 3 and we were still there, i told him i had a flight to catch at 11:30 but still he refused us the footage and told us to wait. we sat and slept in the car till 05:00 and went back to the and asked to come in we were told by the bouncers its closed we told them that Bow said we can come when they are closing so as to see the footage, they called him and he denied telling us to wait till 5 when they close i was now very upset and shouting until a manager called Tenus came and asked us what was going on we explained to him and he allowed us in to view the footage . in the footage it showed the waiter had the money the whole time and never gave the money back to mys sister and by then i had taken out money in my wallet and paid the amount they claimed we took, but when they saw the footage they never refunded us but instead they said the footage shows their waiter had the money but that does not mean he never gave it back, of which it was utter nonsense because footage shows exactly what happened when i argued their response i was asked to leave and my sister remained inside and asked them to fast forward to where our phones disappeared because they disappeared while we were standing with their managers and waiters, they told her its late and they need to leave we must go report at the police station, they wont view the footage anymore. we left Cubana at 06:30 as opposed to 00:30 that we were ought to leave
