Terrible Customer Service

<p>A friend of mine and I were forcibly removed from a table at Cubana, Florida. We were seated at a table when the manager arrived and ordered that we pack up and leave the table because it was reserved. We had been sitting at this particular table for at least an hour and there was no signage showing that the table was reserved. We were glad to move but asked the manager to please organize the another table for us to sit at so that we could at least finish our drinks and leave. The manager then picked up our drinks from the table and proceeded to call bouncers on us. We were dragged on our chairs in the middle of Cubana and being threatened with the force of bouncers who were 4 times our size. This incident clearly proves the lack of respect that Cubana Florida has for its customers as well as poor customer service. We were victimized by a male manager and his male bouncers. We are 23 years old female and feel deeply aggrieved by this incident, especially in this so-called 'Women's month'. </p>
