I would like to report an incident that occured in cubana claremont on the morning of the 5th october 2017. I was celebrating my birthday with family and a few friends the night went well we spend well over r5000 at your claremont branch. The branch closed us ,my boyfriend my sisters and there husbands were the last people in cubana after closing we were taking pictures my battery was on 50 percent, i then left my iphone behind on the seat when then left cubana. In the car down the road i remembered that i left my phone laying at cubana i tried calling it and realized my phone was turned off. We rushed back too cubana and the treatment i received regarding the matter was unprofessional and unacceptable the manager seemed uninterested in my matter i communicated my case to the staff and all staff denied even cleaning up at the section we were sitting at however when we got there everything that was in our section was cleared up. The manager didn't even speak to us one of the staff spoke to us. We had to request to see the video which reveled nothing(besides one person in the area the entire time) because of the placing of the camera and the quality of the picture. I left my phone behind and no one in that entire place could tell me what happened to my phone it was a 5-10 minute time space from when we left too when we return no other person entered the premises as per the video the manager then told us there is nothing she could do and told me she will contact we the next day she did not i had to phone cubana and spoke to the operator who also could not help me, he advised he will send the details of everyone on duty and i am yet to receive anything i came there is good spirit spend my hard earn money at your branch then be treated so unacceptably i need this matter to be resolved before i head to the media as this is a place myself friends and colleges frequent.

the event took place on 5th October and i still have not received feedback from the head office this is pathetic.
