Security at Cubana in Midrand

To Whom it may concern

My name is Gladis Wimpey. It is with great disappointment for me to write this email. I have been a victim of bad service and assault by one of your staff by the name Of Tresor Kanyinda on Saturday night. As he assaulted me and my friends after he forcefully tried to make us pay for a bill that was not for our table. When we tried to talk to him , he punched me on my face and tore my clothes. On the altercation and fight, He broke my phone and I lost my Gold Necklace costing R 35 000. I have opened the case for him. But we no longer feel happy and safe. We are big customers in Cubana Midrand. We are always there every weekend as we enjoy the atmosphere. But to be assaulted was the most disturbing thing. I had to spend money to nurse my wounds on top of my belongings that got lost. This whole altercation is on the club’s footage. He always makes us pay when we leave / asks us for money. On this particular day we had refused to give him money. That’s when he decided to try and make us pay for a bill that doesn’t belong to us. I will take this whole altercation to the social media if this is not dealt with. We will no longer come to Cubana in Mifrand if this is how we are treated I've sent my complain to the manager on Monday but he haven't responded yet. I hope this will be dealt with accordingly
