Discriminated

On the 31st of December 2021 mw and my partner decided to book ourselfs at the hotel in southgate,so as we checked in at the hotel late,we did not have alcohol or food to eat so we decided to go out as the mall was also late.So we saw restaurant open and when we got to the door,the bouncers looked at me and my partner in a dirty way and the hostess at the door was also rude and told us to go the bar,we did not take it serious and went in and tried finding a table,the waiters ans waitresses were looking down on us and nobody offered us help or show us to a our table,So as soon as we found a table we sat and the was a waiter looking at us and then we saw a sign written VIP reserved,So i immediately went to the waiter and apologized beacuse i my knowledge reserved means,someone booked the table,so he said to me i can go find somewhere to sit and ask the Dj to charge as i had asked him where i can charge my phone we had to walk around the resturant trying to find a table but most it was couches with the VIP sign as soon as we saw that we are not attended and served we sat at the VIP section,and we were looking calling for a waiter for almost 30 minutes with no response,there after a waitress came to our table and i was on the phone and she said to my boyfriend the table we sitting on you have to buy a R1500 bottle to sit there and my boyfriend said ok let me speak to my girlfriend as soon as she gets off the phone,as soon i did i heard a security saying we being called at the door and we we got there we were told that the manager said he must throw us out and when i asked for a reason nobody answered me.So i immediately called the resturants office and spoke to a lady who came to the door after i explained my situation and she said shes going to call the manager and we waited for 15minutes with no reply and i called again,and when i spoke to the manager he denied his name as Zak and said right of admission is reserved and he will not tell me the reason he threw us out,and the lady who is a supervisor said to me on the call we were discriminated and the manager thought that we will not be able to pay the bill, because i was not wearing heels and my boyfriend was wearing casual clothes and before we left the security said next time we come here we must were expensively looking clothes,he even wanted an Identity documentation from my boyfriend.When we asked the bouncer to buy that R1500 bottle and leave he said No we not allowed to even buy anything there is a tarven nearby we must request and go there as we do not fit in this resturant.I have never been this insulted and ill treated all my life.The supervisor apologized and said they usually judge people by looking at them.I so speechless and said and dissapointed,because the restaurant does not have a dress code.
