Disaster at Cubana Lounge Carlswald

We just ;had the worst experience at Cubana Lounge in Carlswald. It was a comedy of errors. Only not funny. My wine was off. Peter's beer was hot. I asked.for another wine ansf waited 20 minutes. My order arrived more than 10 min before Peter's. I asked for nachos with bacon bits. I got lukewarm stripped chicken. I sat there and asked to see the manager. We waited fot ten min ansf had to leave the table to get him to show interest. We paid and left without food as we did not want to spend another moment after wasting almost an hour. The waiter that nonserved us was completely untrained . we will never go back.
