Cubanna table view CPT

The service I got from the guy who was serving me and my friends was ery poor... We ordered 2 okapipes (******s) as I know very well and every cubanna waiter knows that when you order a ****** you get shooters free which is 6 free... He gave us only ******s when I asked him where are the shooters he told me that I never said anything about them.. Your a waiter and this is not my first time to get such ******* service from the same waurer and the manager that came with shooters that tasted like pure energade no signs of vodka nothing, and the also the bills came too high when I asked the waiter to explain the bill to me he shute down then told me that the next time I come there I'll never get a table ???????? not only he said that the bouncers said to my boyfriend that why are you letting her talk too much when you paid for the bill... I got very heart broken because I was the one paying for the bill for him to tell my man the nonsense he told him got me very angry... Abf the manager was called expecting me to go to him whilst his supposed to come to me, sort me out he also came with the energade, when asked to please do the shoots in front of us he refused proving very well that what they do is wrong they taking advantage of the poor foreigners that they know will not complain about such service.... My bill was way up ND I was never explained to way up too that amount... The service is very bad every waiter I fact stuff from security to waiter... If you guys keep on working like this you will lose money just because of your stuff.... My money went down for nothing, ud like to even open a case on how I was treated by the stuff
