CUBANA SERVING SPOILT FOOD AND A SPOILT ATTITUDE BY THE MANAGER DAVE

Earlier today I visited Cubana on Florida Road with a friend of mine.

We ordered 4 vegetarian meals, 2 as a sit down meal and the other 2 as a take away.

Whilst eating our meals both my friend and I discovered that the peppers were slimy and the food was spoilt.

We immediately summoned for the manager Dave who after consulting with his kitchen, insisted that the meals were freshly prepared.

After much disagreement we demanded that the food be taken away from our table and replaced with fresh meals.

Despite our request Dave continued to antagonize us and eventually delivered the bill to our table without making any effort to rectify the situation.

Upon perusing of the bill we couldn't help but notice that Dave was irreverent about our complete dissatisfaction regarding our meals as he had made it a point to charge us for the spoilt meals that we had returned to his kitchen.

Moreover, his attitude and demeanour was pathetic and completely lacked customer service. An apology at the very least would have been acceptable.

Nevertheless we decided to pay the bill on account of our personal principles however Cubana can be rest assured that we will never return to their restaurant again.
