Cubana Greenpoint Cape Town

I have had the worst experience of customer service in Cubana Latino Caffee lounge in Greenpoint Cape Town. We were asked to wait in line for more than two hours while observing bouncers collecting bribe from other customers. This is the worst Cubana franchise ever. I’ve been to other Cubanas never had such bad experience, being made to feel worthless just because I do not come in fleshy cars. This is not acceptable, we all matter, we pay with our own hard earned money. We deserve to be treated with respect and dignity.
