Complain of Cubana Greenpoint

I was in Cubana greenpiont on the 04/06/2022 the welcoming was so poor when we entered with my sister the waiter could not have us seated he just told us to just go and sit in by ourselves then when we choose our comfortable seat that when he come to tell us with the attitude that we can not seat at 4 seater table when i asked him but you were suppose to show us the table that we were suppose to it on it when were were entering but instead you waiters did not give a damn about sitting us in but you were only focusing on that video that we were doing when we come in, I asked the waiter are we not allowed to take video of pictures in this place but he decided to leave us and sent other waiter to tell us that we will not be served when we asked her why waiter send us back to the same guy that we were had argument with i then went in the bathroom and i saw other waiter i asked to speak with a manager but even that one sent me back to the guy we had argument at first place so my sister went to speak to this guy. Their had argument i went close to them while going close to them i notice that they are exchanging words and my sister started to record all their onversation that is when the waiter took my sister phone and went inside with it and when my sister tried to get it back the waiter refused then i also decided to record everything then other waiter come to me and took my phone by force as well we started argument told them they dont have right to our phones but instead of them trying to solve the problem that we had they decided to call their response team to come get us out, and they said our right of admission was reserved we could not go inside .I was so disappointed on the response team as well as they did not even want to listen to us but listen to their client side. Up until SAPS come in and their are the ones that listened to us and we ended up leaving i am so disappointed on how Cubana staff have handle our matter and Cubana Greenpiont it is where tourist come mostly in cape town on that side but if we are going to have resturant or bar that will behave on the same way that we were handle i am so disappointed on them, it was my first time there i always go to the branch in blouberg never experience that. As i went there after going and i was so happy with Blouberg service as always.. Greenpoint have to learn some tips to them as thier servive is pooooor
