Bad customer service

Great food, really had a good time however as a soccer supporter I went there specifically because I was out of Cape Town on vacation in Gqeberha and it was the first weekend of the new Premier League season and they advised as a customer I cannot have my request to watch the LFC vs Norwich game because of the rugby being more important and apparently it being in their policy, however as a customer I was not aware on arrival otherwise I would’ve gone somewhere else.
