I type this with my left hand because my right fingers are broken! By a security/ bouncer that works there instructed by a waitress to do so. Dragged on the ground and the guy refused to give me his name after he locked me in some place I'm unaware of!!! Is this how women are treated there? Glad and lucky to have made it out alive and I recorded everything.

10 Dec 2019, 10:32So my complaint still hasn't been resolved. Cubana has again failed me. I got a call in October from the store manager asking what happened. I gave her the details and she promised to get back to me until today there hasn't been any communication whatsoever!!
