Abuse and enforcement of items

We ordered a bottle of red wine Merlot, at Cubana Fores****, CPT. We decided to change our mind and get a Carbernet Sauvignon and the lady said we can’t change because you only order once and can’t change because she gets charged. I go and speak to the manager and he says the waiter will have to pay if we switch to Cabernet. He says that, the order will change to two bottles instead of one. I reached out to the manager and he ignored me and our waiter was nervous, crying and begging me not to speak to the owner. You could tell that they are working in an abusive environment. This environment is toxic and abusive to customers and workers. I would like the club examined for the safety of customers and staff as we are being forced and abused to order things we don’t want.
