Waitress holding grudges and deliberately treating a customer badly

I walked into Cuba Lounge; Gateway, Durban and went to the counter to buy a drink; using my debit card to pay, the bartender pointed me to a waiteress that will process my transaction; I went with the waitress to the speedpoint and paid for the drink. I asked the waitress to charge two drinks instead of the one I have in my hand and advised that I’m going to sit outside and that the other drink that I’m paying for in advance should be brought to me once my first drink is finished. The waitress never came to my table to even ask if I’m alright or if I’m ready to have my second drink. I sat for an hour with a empty glass inside an empty club. The waitress kept on attending to other tables; even customers that arrived after me. When I finally get up and go to the waitress to point to her; in a polite manner, my dissatisfaction with regards to the poor customer service; the waitress caused a racket and started screaming at me asking me why didn’t I go to the bar and get my drink myself since I got my first drink at the bar anyway or call another waiter/waitress to assist me. The waitress approached the manager first and made it seem as if I’m being impossible. Another young male waiter attended to me and apologized for the inconvenience caused in that regard; I went back to my table and the new waiter brought my drink. The manager of the bar had a conversation on the side with the previous waitress and never came to me to hear my side of the story in that regard. So I sat there not even knowing what is being said about me by the waitress and the manager while in actual fact I had received poor service as a customer. All other customers were attended to and I am the only one who never had a waiter/waitress come to my table to even ask if I’m sill alright or if I want to order anything else (of which I actually needed to), but instead I needed to get up and go to the bar and get my own drinks because that’s how I got my first drink. I am a regular customer at Cuba Lounge Gateway and the service was appalling.
