Disappointed with Cuba Lounge

My boyfriend and I were at the moses mabida stadium on sunday afternoon and decided to chill out at cuba lounge. We ordered 2 ****tails, chicken strips and chips, lamb ribs and chicken wings. The chicken strips tasted aweful,like old boxed chicken (I'm assuming). Our waiter had a don't care attitude. When asked for a glass of ice water, we were told that they only have still bottled water which had to be bought. Upon receiving our bill we noticed that gratuity was already added to our total bill @15%. Although my boyfriend is always a very generous tipper,he was appalled by the fact that customers were now inclined to pay the amount added to the bill. And if all this wasn't enough, we were told at the end that their card machines are offline and they only accepting cash. We then had to go to an ATM to get cash. Talk about inconvenience!! Very disappointing service delivery by cuba lounge. And we won't be visiting them again.
