Cuba Lounge Moses Mabhida Stadium

<p>We had the amazing experience of going to Cuba Lounge Moses Mabhida Stadium on the 30th July16 with a few of my friends, Isaac was our waiter, a very pleasant guy. He sat us down at a table and we order a bottle of Jameson which they charged us R690.00 for and was no issue, we ask for a menu for some snacks and he says that the kitchen is out of operation and we can order from ninos next door, so we ordered a snack basket. just after 10pm we said we would like to order more snacks and the waiter tells us that ninos is closed and the only choice we have is to buy a small sausage roll for R40 each, i told him that this was unacceptable and would like to bring our own snacks from outside as they couldnt provide us with food service which he rep**** no to and i then requested a manager.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then here comes a rude guy by the name of Eugene (the manager) who had an attitude before even hearing my request and asks whats the problem like hes doing us a favour. i then explain to him the situation and tell him that we paying R700 a bottle and you cant provide us with snacks and it shouldnt be a problem to bring our own snacks as the kitcvhen was out of order, he then tells me that our R700 a bottle is nothing, people are spending R4000 or R5000 so we mean nothing to him.</p> <p>All I want is an apology directly from the manager who thinks that 1 client is nothing. Today is 1 client , tomorrow is 2 clients the there is no clients because of attitude, I for one and my 5 friends won't go back to cuba lounge, not only the stadium but any branch because of of the attitude. i for one think that the manager needs to go for training as he thinks he owns the place and hes throing us a party out of his pocket, we are the customers who are putting the money into his pocket. Losing 1 customer at a time will eventually add up. Goodluck in the future guys!!!</p>
