I recently purchased a Snoop Dogg G Pen Vaporizer for R995 from Cuba Cigar Emporium with the obvious assumption that it was real, after testing the item I discovered it was not working so I called the store and told them that it was not working and I would like a refund, with a response of \has it been used?"I said that it had been used but how would I know if it worked or not if I hadn't used it? So the response from Rodger who is the owner of the store was that he cannot refund me for a used item but he said he will replace the broken part"
