Cuba Cigar Emporium - Dishonest

Cuba Cigar Emporium at Longbeach Mall and Sun Valley Mall are useless money grabbers with little customer service and a propensity to lie about both product price and availability.

Extremely disappointing service over an extended period of time of many years.

Their popular items do not get replenished for months. Staff have no explanation except 'we told the owner and we're waiting for stock'. Over 6 months waiting now and still no feedback or information.

Reluctantly (should've known better) visited them on Christmas Eve for a gift and some cigars. After browsing for and selecting the gift the cashier then asked me for R250 which was R100 more than the price on the ticket of the item. When I pointed this out they said it was an error and they could do nothing about it. I explained that their error was not my concern and the price was clearly marked as R120 so I'd be happy to pay what they advertised. They refused point blank and when I told them that I also wanted to purchase a few cigars they just shrugged and said that if I decided to walk out without making a purchase that was my problem not theirs. I did boot buy anything and never will again. Hopefully this excuse for a business will close soon just as many others in the, frankly joke of a mall, seem to have done.

In short, after my months of disappointment in their service I have finally had enough of their 'couldn't give a damn' attitude to both customer service and product replenishment.

AVOID THIS USELESS SHOP AT ALL COSTS.
