Poor service as expected from Club Motors

I took my car in to Club Motors Randburg ARC for a quotation for some repair work to be done. I had to rush to get there (before they close) because I work 100km away from the dealership but I live in Randburg. When I reached there, the reception was bad. The receptionist was attending to one person before me and I waited a long time before getting any assistance and when I was eventually assisted, she was not focussed. She called someone to give me a quotation and he came out and made notes and that was at the beginning of February and now it is almost 2 months and I have had no response, hence I have not received a quotation.<br> <br> A few years ago, I received the same pathetic service from their new car sales department where I went in for a quotation on a new vehicle and I have not received a quotation (via e-mail) that was promised to me. The sales person's attitude was also pathetic.<br> <br> WHAT A DISGUSTING BMW DEALERSHIP. WELCOME TO THE CLUB OF OTHER DISGUSTING BMW DEALERSHIPS. YOU ARE PROBABLY NUMBER 1 IN THE MOST DISGUSTING CATEGORY.
