CTS TRANSPORT - DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

I'm taking to hellopeter in an effort to finally get my vehicle repaired that was damaged by one of CTS drivers last year 30/11/2017. I have had some assistance from an attorney and have submitted all documentation that has been required even though it can take months for them to request from me. The documentation includes copy of drivers licence, affidavit, an ACTUAL statement from the driver ADMITTING he was in the wrong, my case No. from the Police and the list goes on. I even had to get a letter from insurance stating it is my right not to claim from my insurance (because if I do I will lose my n claims bonus and my premium will increase) because the accident was NOT my fault. Needless to say I have emailed them on numerous occasions and still to this day just now get ignored instead of receiving any kind of feedback. I find this extremely poor on the Companys behalf instead of accepting liability and offering in good faith the repair my property that was in fact damaged. I am wanting to sell my car just now wonder if my car will ever be repaired before a year is up so as not to lose on my trade in value.
