Breach of contract

<p>I sent my car in for repairs ,I paid in full for the first portion of the repairs and they promised to complete the last portion of repairs after a few other repairs had to be done at another vendor but when. I contacted them to complete the job they came up with all sorts of excuses and have not completed the job.</p>
