SHOCKING DISSERVICE CTM Northgate

I would love to give this place 0 Stars. This is the THIRD mishap with this store. They have no customer service and no urgency of anything and could not be bothered at all. Even the manager has the same attitude so I will be escalating this matter but doubt there will be a resolve. I am shocked at the level of (dis)service of this place. Because of our past 2 issues, we decided to rather purchase a shower screen online as to not deal with that store. But now they had to collect the screen from the store and failed to deliver on delivery day. NO COMMUNICATION> I called the store 3 times on 27th Feb and no delivery arrived. I was promised it was rescheduled to 28th Feb and I said to ensure that it arrives the morning! And still at 12:38pm no delivery. This after asking the manager to call me at 10:42am and nothing. Then calling back and speaking to the manager at 11:57am and STILL NOTHING!!! Not a single word. This is pathetic and frustrating and I would love to cancel it but they take forever to refund and even told us on the 1st issue to drive to their store to collect the cash after their mistake so who knows how long we will get a refund and in the meanwhile my renovation has stalled.
