refund not paying back

I cancelled my son's study at CTI in January after very bad service from the above mentioned people, they keep pushing the bucket. I had to pay the early bird deposit immediately but waiting now 2 weeks for my refund to be paid out. All the excuses not to speak to either of above people and i have been phoning every 15 minutes. Dont think they are accredited as well. when i ask confirmation on this they change the subject.<br> <br> please help hellopeter<br> <br> Thank you
