Mystery of the missing Certificate

<p>I have misplaced my diploma that I got from CTI in 2001. I tried calling cti on the 22nd of March this year to get a new copy, and no one was available. I was supp**** with an email address. On the very same day I sent an email. Jenilee finally responded to my email on the 22nd of April. She asked which campus this was at. I told her that it was the Mowbray/Obs campus in cape town that no longer exists. Over the next few days I had to explain to her ewxactly which campus it was as she did not know. On the 25th of April she said that she was going to get more infor mation on it and get back to me. On the 24th of may I emailed asking for a progress report. On the 25th of May, she emailed saying she had sent my email to the cape Town office and they will contact me. 23rd septemeber, I emailed her again saying that I had not heard anything. She responded on the same day saying that she had sent another email to Cape Toqwn and wpould let me know as soon as she had heard anything. To date I have not heard anything. I am being rejected for jobs becuase I cannot produce my certificate. CTI is very quick to want to say, look at where our students have gotten to with our certifications, but trying to get anything out of them is like getting blood from a stone. Can someone please contact me and arrange a new copy of the diploma ASAP.</p>
