Lousy collage

<p>The collage where I studied programming is giving major problems giving me my qualification after completion and full payment it's been months I tried to obtain it and they got to me after some time saying they don't have all my marks, I send them my marksheets and I was told that's all they need as the marks where send in for processing o still haven't hear anything and it's give months since I last spoke to them I'm in huge debt and can't find decent employment.</p>
