Listed on Debt Tracker for nothing

I paid the school in full but I am not listed on Debt tracker. After making sure that I get a loan and paid the school in full.<br> <br> I am really not impressed with this and if not resolved I will go for legal action. <br> <br> I even have a confirmation on email that I am not owing, that was after paying the balance. <br> <br> The school failed to collect the tablet from the student, why am I listed for it.
