Graduation but no photos and no Diploma

I was a student at CTI from '08 to '10, I was studying Business Administration. In March 2010 i receive an invitation to my graduation party. I attended event with my granma. Graduation took place on the 15 April 2010 in Moretele Hall in Pretoria. Prestige Photos took our graduation. I paid in full for a full set of photos. At graduation we never got our Diploma's immediately, they said we will collect it at campus, together with our photos. That I was told by my then lecturer Mr Coetzee. I continued my studies, till June that year. I had to drop out because my granma didn't have money for me to continue studying anymore. But I was still ok with that because i knew I had a Diploma to assist me get a job. I went to enquire about my photos & diploma & then the stories began stories were; they haven't received it, waiting for Head Office, results were lost in the ocean . Last year i was told my graduation was an error, & that i failed & am owing fees. It pains us to think about the time & money my ouma wasted. All I want from you are my graduation pictures & my Diploma.
