Graduated and was issued a Diploma qualification in 2010 and I was told the Diploma was not registered , Has NO credits and NO SAQA NUMBER???

I am horrified of the what I was just advised by CTI Bedforsview after waiting weeks .... I graduated n received a Diploma certificate at CTI Bedfordview in 2010 , i wanted to further my studies , the institution who I app**** and paid admission advised that my qualification that I have submited does not show credits n SAQA NUMBER. . I called CTI Bedfordview n asked them to provide me with this information ...after weeks of waiting I was told that they do not have credits and SAQA NUMBER and that the Diploma that I was given is not Registered!!! After paying so much money and now being told that the this Diploma that i was given by CTI is not registered and there is nothing that they can do for me! When I asked for contact numbers of who can help at CTI ?? They could not say?
