Deposit not paid back, misleading, false promises
When hesitant about CTI for my daughter's studies I was told no worries, pay the deposit and other fees, book a place as I would only loose my deposit of R800 - that was last year. After sending the cancellation I was told that I would need to wait as there would be new registrations more important than us cancelling her studies - this is what I was told when I first asked. I was then told to wait six weeks. Six weeks later I had to contact CTI to find out what was happening. I was promised for the third time in a row and once again for this Friday that it would be paid into my account. Does the one hand ACTUALLY KNOW what the other is doing? No payments on other days? It will mean another 7 days, to find out ONCE AGAIN no payment. I have had a child study through CTI before, I have referred people who have actually enrolled - and this is what one get back? Friday is quite some time TOO LATE. I want my money tomorrow. There HAS to be a consumer act of some sort to protect people against this!<br> I am livid.
