Booking

I will recommend Citation travel internationally to anyone as they are the ******. I paid them so that they can make a booking for me. They promised to book a 5 star hotel. When I arrived to the hotel I was very disappointed. The hotel is a5 star it’s dirty inside the lifts are not working you are scared when you are inside as a result I didn’t sleep at the hotel and I told them. They promised to refund me up until now I have not yet recieved my money and that was in May. When I sent them messages they not responding.
