A lot of money for a lot of nothing

<p>CTi Education group really needs to pull up their socks. They charge ridiculous ammounts for students studies but the service delivery is below poor. Books are always late, Lecturers are *********** and cannot even speak English properly and no staff members seem to know how to do their jobs properly. </p> <p> </p> <p>There has been several times where CTI was supposed to refind me certain ammounts of money but they take their time (several months) to do so. But when a student owes them even a bit of money they are very quick to phone and bother almost every day and then wanting to proceed in handing the student over to court, not realising how much of trouble they could get into if I had to retaliate with Legal action myslf against them for poor service deliver as well as failure to use competent lecturers for the respective modules to be thought...And they still wonder why their pass rate is so ridiculous, shame.</p>
