pathetic service

I sent in my phone to these guys who are partners with Huawei SA in fixing Huawei phones. my phone has a cracked screen which should be fixed free of charge. i then get a qoute from this company for 1641 stating lvel 2 repairs R250 & Front Cover ASSY - Grey R1189 with vat comes to R1641. so i call up this company last thurs and im told the technicians are not taking any calls because they have deadlines to meet call in the afternoon so i do that and told again that they in a meeting with ctdi and huawei management hence no calls.so she says call on friday i call and they still in a meeting i call again in the afternoon and guess what they cant take calls because they have deadlines to meet.this is *** service coz i must still pay them R150 for rejecting the qoute. people i dont suggest you ever deal with this company and i dont recommend huawei products to anyone ever again. i will be changing to samsung soon.....
