CT Refrigeration is a *****ulent business!

CT Refrigeration came to repair my fridge-freezer appliance at my residence. The unit seemed to work fine for about 2 weeks after which it quickly stopped cooling. CT Refrigeration offers a 6 months warranty on their workmanship. I've tried unsuccessfully for more than 3 months via numerous WhatsApp messages and phone calls to get them to reply and honour their warranty. They've been actively avoiding my communication. I've subsequently discovered that they have a non-existent physical address on their invoice. I've come to the conclusion that this is a dishonest and *****ulent business operating in the Cape Town area. Avoid them at all cost.
