Bad service from CT Cote

Ill like to complain about this guys they took advantage of me i think they undermined me because im young, they messed up my floor while they told me they professional, i paid 19k while they left paint on my floor and my floor is very Groff and they promised to come fix but always whn i remind them to come they come up with excuses that they waiting for money from other client, while their Facebook pages says something different they always busy with new projects but they refused to refund me or to come fix my house, please help guys please their company is CT Cote walls and floors finishing painting and waterproofing pls i want my refund so that i can buy tiles and fix my floor because they failed to do it
