They took R10,000 from my credit card

On 25/02/15 at 15h00 Ruan visit me I told him I am a pensioner and have no money to spend at all and my pension amount is R9650. he explain that he will give me a grace period of 2 months in witch I can make money and then start paying them R258.I agree to that My appointment for the lumberspine doctor was 11h45 and ruan said he will take me and wait there but he need my credit card to finalise the contract no forms was been filled out yet, while I was at the doctor a transaction of R10,000 sms on my phone when I went to Ruan I ask about this sms he said it was him doing so I told him I now don't have any money to pay my bills and credit cards he didn't say a word on that.Back at home he fill in forms and gave the bank slips to be signed.at 15h00 I phoned him that I cancel this On 26/02/15 I took the parcel to postnet the security seal still intact and not tampered with on the 27th at 06h45 Postnet deliver parcel Malissa sign for it at 16h00 a woman phoned me telling that the seal was broken and they don't accept parcel on the 28th I phoned Ruan he said to me the seal was not broken but the 1 half of seal came loose he will see what he can do.I sms him and no response from him
