6 Months ago, CT Capital consultant (Peter Barwise), came to see us and wanted to sell us the JSE SHARES program. We asked the price of the package, before starting, this price was not disclosed till the end and when we declined, NO was not an option. The consultant's attitude changed and did not accept NO as an answer. We finally gave in and agreed and the terms were that that I would pay 1/2 now and the balance after 6 months, due to the fact that I do not trust people. The consultant phoned head office to make arrangements and they agreed, whilst in our presence. 2 days later the balance was taken out of my account without my authorisation. On contacting them to enquire, they said, as per the contract that the balance is due, even though arrangements were made with head office. Now 6 mnths later, we want to claim our refund because the system does not work for us. After numerous emails, we eventually contacted Anja at CT Capital, and we were forwarded a new set of terms and conditions stating a set amount of use and we will not be able to get our refund back, due to the \SIMULATION REP0"sent to us.
