Ever regretted doing business with someone?

How often do we regret doing some things in life. I regret taking a call from these people. I regret trying to do business with them. I can kick my own butt for not researching them before getting involved. I typed in their name on Google and it brought me directly to this site...WARNING BELLS! Pity I only did this when it was too late. They are well trained not to disclose important information pre-sale and the in-house staff are just as well trained to defend their ******* actions. I am now having to take the next steps. Opening a ******** charge and rely on the Consumer Protection Commission for assistance.
