Either a big **** or just very bad client service

After the R9500 that they deducted of my credit card which was not part of the contract And which they also agreed was a fault on their side, I have been struggeling for a month and a half now to get my money back, meenwhile I am the one who is paying interest on my credit card, going for a second month totaling R290 on interest, not to mention al the money spent on phone calls and e-mails to beg them to correct the fault they made which is costing me money the so-called client. This is either a big **** or the worst service provider ever, needles to say that I have still not received any payments. Now I am stuck in a 6 month probation time where I have to pay these guys R275 per month. Dont know how I am going to get my R10000 deposit back after the trial period, so i guess the story wil continue. Must say that I like the program that they are selling, (if it is a legitimate business) but cant see myself signing a 60 month contract with these guys.
