Ct capital

I canceled the transaction with CT capital telephonic with in the cooling down period ,as stipulated in they're contract, and now they refuse outright that they noted the cancellation and refuse to make the refund. They have been stringing me along for almost two weeks now, buying time, to try and force me to continue with the purchase off a product I consider to be bad value for money. Now that I have lost my patience with the lack off service and told the customer service department that I am contemplating to take it to the media and are willing to take legal action, the agent got aggressive and started implying that I have to take them to court to get my money back. If this is the way that ct capital is doing business I clearly understand all the complaints on hello peter and are highly disgusted with the tactics they employ to sell they're product.
