Terrible attitude

On the 6 May 2015my husband asked me to contact CT Aluminium as he saw them on the Estate we live on to look at our lounge door that we were having trouble opening. I spoke to Colleen who asked me to send an email though. She called a few times very confused . My last words to her was i dont mind paying the call out fee and can they service the doors as well since the builder Roger did not sort out as she mentioned. I mentioned a follow up be done with customers to make us aware of services. Mr Richter van Renen called me and said he will do me a favour and send someone out on Friday . I said his lady mentioned the service was not done and asked if can be done and he hit the roof. I have never been insulted and spoken to so rudely before.He said he needs money for petrol to get his guys out to me and i must have a very good car if it does not need petrol or a service.The line was bad and he said i should now fight with Telkom He hung up on me twice saying he will not help me. I called him back and told him he is so rude and he went off in a tangent again and i couldnt get a word in edgewise to tell him i was willing to pay and told me that i must get Roger to ****ing sort it out
