Shocking Service

12 Jan Requested service of Aircon. Scheduled for 14 Jan. 14 Jan Waited whole day - Technician did not receive instruction. 15 Jan. Unit serviced but unit found to be faulty. Will have to come back to diagnose fault and give quote for repair. 23 Jan. Waited once again in vane. Answer to query was that Team had to do another job. I request that a definite date and time be provided and adhered to. A month has passed, without any feedback or response. I can not recommend this company and advise that you stay far away.
