Useless accounts department and empty lies.

I was very excited when CSS was planning on coming into Blairgowrie Zone 1. I have signed up, and as part of that was a promise that we would receive the first month of service for free.<br> <br> After a delay from CSS, they only launched in our area 1 month after they were suppose to, They did however charge me for the first month of service. After taking it up with them they promised a refund. This took over 2 months to receive, and was riddled with empty promises and lies.<br> <br> I finally received the refund, only for this month, to have a second debit order go off my account. When speaking to the accounts department, they claimed I was in arrears, even though I pay by debit order, and have never missed a single payment. It turns out that the arrears amount was for the refund I received.<br> <br> Their accounts department are useless, and they have made numerous empty promises that they have never kept.<br> <br> I am fed up with their bad service.
