No response from CSS

In December our offices at 214 Jan Smuts Avenue were broken into. CSS Tactical were our response company, but they failed to respond timeously. I have advised our MD to switch to ADT, in an attempt to improve our security, but he feels a certain loyalty to CSS.<br> <br> Two weeks ago he requested a meeting with CSS's senior management, to clear the air and agree on a way forward. To date, CSS have completely ignored this request. It seems that they are not interested in communicating with existing clients or maintaining ongoing relationships with clients.<br> <br> So disappointing.
