CSS guards leave while armed ******* in progress

During an armed ******* at our house last week, the CSS guards responding to the call-out simply left our premises because the garage CSS normally gains access with seemed not to be working. When they left the alarm was still going off and neither my partner or i could not be reached on our phones (which the ******s had) because we were still locked in our bedroom. The guards eventually returned because I managed to post a message to friends on social media who contacted CSS and SAPS. The 2 guards who came through to speak to us the day after were very defensive and acknowledging no responsibility and eventually left saying an area manager would contact us -- but we are still waiting. I also think the guards who came to us were actually the ones on duty who responded to the call-out i.e. the ones who left in the middle of the incident while the armed guards were still on site with the alarm going off and my partner and I locked in the bedroom with our baby and our tenants tied up in their cottage!!! If the CSS guards who responded had stayed outside for like FIVE more minutes they probably would have caught the ******s as they exited the entrance through the door on the street!
