Poor Service from a Security Company

I have experienced a bad, don't care attitude with the ladies who are working for the CSS Security Company in the controlling room. They were very reluctened to assist me with the problem that I was experiencing with my alarm system and what made matters worse was that they wanted me to contact the technicians they did not want to call the technicians because the Company's Telkom lines were out of order.I have been with this Security Company since 2010 and I found it to be very offensive because one of those ladies even suggested that I can contact them on Monday with my alarm problems. That was a silly thing to say that I must call on Monday, for at this crucial time of the year there are house breaks how can a security Company suggest that I must leave the alarm problem for Monday.We do pay for the services they are not offering it for free.
