Poor service

<p>After linking my alarm to your radio transmitter the technician (Thomas) told me the Cadex system I have is ******* and should be replaced. He refused to install the keypad on my gate because there were ants in the gate motor. I cleaned out the ants and made another appointment. I took time off work, he was an hour late. I received a quote for a R17000 for replacing my Cadex system with a Paradox. He didn’t know how to test it. I was told there would be extra patrols because the alarm couldn’t be armed. After he left I figured out how to use the alarm and armed it and set it off. No one came. I paid to have this device installed but it was never tested and did not work. During that week my house was burgled, so I don’t believe there were any extra patrols. I asked Claudia about an occurance book, never recieved a reply. The day after the burglary I phoned the number on CSS board outside my house. No one answered, I left voice mail. I requested to cancel with CSS and the Welridge Residents association which they signed me up for. 2 months later I'm still getting debited by Welriged association. Extremely poor and frankly dishonest service.</p>
