CSS Security does not protect you

<p>We all think that these private owned security companies are here to protect us when in fact they do not.</p> <p> </p> <p>I recently had an experience where a male followed me for 4 kms in Parktown North trying to get me to pull over and eventually he did. He damaged my car because of road rage and I quickly drove off without remembering his number plate. Since the day of the incident 9 May 2016, not one person at CSS Security has been helpful. There were cameras all along the route that I was followed and nobody could assist me with obtaining his license plate. CSS then eventually sent me through to Valley Security who was even less helpful! They did not respond to my calls or emails for weeks and by now the footage has expired because they only keep fooatge for 30 days. I am so disappointed by CSS and their choice of footage company. Surely this company exists for these type of incidents where people desperately need them.</p>
