The treatment you receive from the owner of this branch in Edenvale is shocking and unacceptable. The branch owes us a refund for immediate payments that went through more than once, because of their bank facilities not working properly. After numerous requests, the owner of this branch sworn at us and telling us that he doesn't have time for this and we as low-class people must please stop wasting his time. You would think that you will receive more professional treatment from a company that is not a mickey mouse business as he put it.
