Wayne khan bad outbound agent

Very bad services. A wayne khan contacted me this morning his supervisor is nomphelo moyake (feisty but very professional) you might as well get the supervisors to collect because this wayne khan is very unprofessional his call contained "ooh jire" and seeing that calls are recorded you guys need to train these agents right, my first impression of this company is everyone speak the way they want no matter what. And looking at these reviews is sad that you guys still operate like this and not up skill your agents for a outbound call gosh i was shocked.
